About Aces Elite Upstate
Aces Elite Upstate is a nationally ranked girls lacrosse program based in the Rochester and Syracuse areas of New York, drawing players from across Western, Central, and Upstate NY. Ranked #5 in the country by US Club Lacrosse (2023-2025), the program emphasizes developing student-athletes who lead both on and off the field through leadership development, community outreach, and volunteerism.
Aces Elite offers year-round competitive play from September through July, with up to 140 hours of annual field and specialized skills training. The program includes off-season box lacrosse, functional performance training, field drills, and goalie-specific instruction. Teams compete in up to eight tournaments per season at events like Lax for the Cure and Summer Genesis. Younger players in the 2034-2037 graduation years can join without tryouts.
The club has two full-time staff members dedicated to college recruiting, and all players receive an IWLCA Recruits SportsRecruits membership. The Aces Beyond the Field Foundation, with 92% of funds going directly to community programs, supports scholarships and youth clinics. Tryouts are free and typically held in mid-July, with payment plan options available for the season.
