About Concept Lacrosse
Concept Lacrosse is a competitive girls lacrosse program based in Denver, Colorado, serving players in grades 6 through 11 and holding a national ranking of 67th as of 2025. The program is directed by coach Mike O'Neil and emphasizes skill and IQ development through a concept-driven coaching approach. Concept Lacrosse fields teams across multiple graduation classes and competes in regional and national tournaments. The 2028 team won the Mid Atlantic Championship, and the program has produced college commits including athletes placed at Cornell University.
