Lanco Elite
About Lanco Elite
Lanco Elite is a competitive developmental girls lacrosse program based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, serving players across five Central PA counties. Founded in 2005, the club combined with York Girls Lacrosse the following year and now represents 18 schools across the region. It operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to help reduce costs for families through grants and sponsorships.
The club's mission is two-fold: providing skill training at all levels in a supportive environment and supporting older players pursuing college lacrosse with recruiting resources and guidance. Programs include summer competitive teams for graduation years 2027 through 2034, with 17 practice dates and three tournaments per season. Winter offerings include a College Coach Lacrosse Clinic Series for grades 7 through 12, youth winter clinics for grades 1 through 6, and specialized goalie and draw clinics.
Players train at Weaver Fields in Lancaster, Spooky Nook East in East Petersburg, and Keystone State Sports Indoor Arena in Manheim. Summer teams compete in events such as Summer Genesis in Hershey, Laxin Out Loud in Maryland, and the Capital Cup in Delaware. Winter clinics feature active college coaches from programs including Franklin and Marshall, La Salle, and East Stroudsburg. Over 30 players have gone on to play college lacrosse in recent years. Season fees range from approximately $815 to $1,210 depending on age group, with an early-pay discount of $125.
