About NorCal RIZE
NorCal RIZE is an inclusive girls lacrosse club serving Northern California across four regional hubs: Bay Area, Sacramento, East Bay, and Roseville.
The program addresses a need for high-level play and coaching while also creating space for new and beginning players.
NorCal RIZE views lacrosse as a medium for shaping student-athletes, with an emphasis on confidence, resilience, and holistic development.
High school teams are offered for the graduating class of 2030 and older, with middle school and youth teams at the 14U, 12U, 10U, and 8U levels for the class of 2031 and younger.
Practice locations include Sequoia High School in Redwood City, Cristo Rey and El Camino high schools in Sacramento, Miramonte High School in Orinda, St.
Mary's College in Moraga, and Placer Valley Soccer Complex in Roseville.
The club competes in summer tournaments throughout California.
A key strength of the program is its recruiting support.
The recruiting coordinator is a former Division 1 coach with over 10 years of experience, and the club has placed more than 80 players into college programs including Notre Dame, UCLA, Michigan State, Cornell, and Brown at the D1, D2, D3, and WCLA levels.
Private lessons are available year-round.
Financial aid is offered for eligible families.
