Welcome to Team NorCal - the Bay Area's Best Year-Round Lacrosse Experience Team NorCal is the oldest and most successful lacrosse development program in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In 2025, the team celebrated the 16th year of sponsoring teams across various age groups, including Youth, Middle School, and High School Boys and Girls teams. Team NorCal represents Northern California in local, regional, and national lacrosse tournaments year-round.
