True Lacrosse Arkansas Girls is the Arkansas chapter of True Lacrosse, the nation's leading provider of club lacrosse teams and training for boys and girls. The program is based in Roland, Arkansas, and serves players from roughly 5th grade through 12th grade at novice, intermediate, and advanced skill levels.

True Lacrosse's development model follows an age-progressive pathway. Younger players in the U8 to U10 range focus on goal-setting and foundational training.
