True Lacrosse Florida Girls

True Lacrosse Florida is the Florida chapter of True Lacrosse, a national club lacrosse organization operating in over 20 states. Based in St. Petersburg, the program offers state-level teams for all ages along with regional programs, serving players from elementary school through high school at all skill levels.

True Lacrosse follows a development pathway built around three pillars: Train, Compete, and Excel. Younger players focus on foundational skills and goal-setting, while middle school athletes receive expanded training hours and tournament competition. High school players benefit from recruiting profile development through the SportsRecruits platform and access to True National events for elite-level college exposure. The organization reports more collegiate commitments than any other club nationally.
