True Garden State

True Garden State is the New Jersey chapter of True Lacrosse, a national club organization operating in over 20 states. Based in Sparta, the program serves girls in grades 2 through 11 with state-level competitive teams and regional programs across Central Jersey.

The development pathway progresses from foundational skills for younger players through expanded training hours and tournament exposure at the middle school level, culminating in recruiting support for high school athletes through the SportsRecruits platform and True National events. True Lacrosse nationally reports more collegiate commitments than any other club organization. The New Jersey program benefits from operating in one of the most competitive lacrosse regions in the country.
