True Lacrosse Kentucky Girls

True Lacrosse Kentucky is the Kentucky chapter of True Lacrosse, a national club organization operating in over 20 states. Based in Louisville, the program offers state-level teams for all ages and regional programs, serving girls from elementary school through high school at beginner through advanced skill levels.

The club follows True Lacrosse's age-progressive development pathway. Younger players focus on foundational skills, middle school athletes receive expanded training hours and tournament competition, and high school players access recruiting support through the SportsRecruits platform and True National events for college-level exposure. True Lacrosse nationally reports more collegiate commitments than any other club organization.
