True Lacrosse Utah Girls

True Lacrosse Utah Force is the Utah chapter of True Lacrosse, a national club organization operating in over 20 states. Based in Draper in the Salt Lake City metro area, the program offers state-level teams for all ages and regional programs, serving girls from elementary school through high school at all skill levels.

The development model follows three pillars: Train, Compete, and Excel. Younger players build foundational skills, middle school athletes receive expanded training and tournament experience, and high school players access college recruiting support through the SportsRecruits platform and True National events. True Lacrosse nationally reports more collegiate commitments than any other club organization.
