True Long Island

True Long Island is the Long Island branch of True Lacrosse New York, part of a national club organization operating in over 20 states. The New York program fields teams across three locations — Upstate, Westchester, and Long Island — serving girls in grades 7 through 11 with state-level competitive teams and regional programs.

Long Island is one of the strongest lacrosse regions in the country, and the True chapter connects local players to the broader True Lacrosse network for national-level tournament competition. High school players access recruiting support through the SportsRecruits platform and True National events for college exposure. True Lacrosse nationally reports more collegiate commitments than any other club organization.
